Where to Park on Campus
Student Parking Information
Parking on campus is a privilege extended to members of the Dean College community. There is a parking lottery held each spring where resident students interested in parking must complete a parking registration form. A parking lottery is then held to determine who will receive spaces. Often a waiting list will occur as the number of those desiring spaces is larger than the number provided on campus. First-year resident students are not permitted to have a car on campus.
Those receiving spaces must register their vehicles with Campus Safety. It is the responsibility of all community members and their guests to read, understand and abide by the rules and regulations in accordance with the College’s Parking and Traffic Regulations. This information can be found by visiting the Campus Safety department, located in Dean Hall.
Resident students on the waitlist will be notified when a parking space has opened. Any student that has not received a parking sticker should not being their car to campus or park on town streets. The College is bordered by residential neighborhoods and strives to maintain strong relationships with our neighbors.
Commuters can park in the Dean Hall Lot (enter from Emmons St.) or in the Jones Lot (adjacent to Grant Field- enter from Emmons St. or School St.). There are signs at the entrance of both parking lots.
