Commuter Student Services
Approximately 10 percent of Dean's full-time students are commuters, most living within a short drive to campus. However, some of our students commute up to an hour to get the benefits of The Dean Difference. In these cases, we ask that you correspond with our Director of Residential Life to discuss whether living on campus or commuting is the best option for your academic success.
Commuter students at Dean College don't exist on the periphery. They are strongly encouraged to become active participants in our campus community. Many join athletic teams, clubs, organizations and performance groups. They attend our numerous campus events and even have their own student organization where they can share their experiences.
