Meet Our Financial Services Team

Joan joined Dean College in the Fall of 2016 where she serves as an Assistant Director of Student Accounts. Joan manages the Payment Plan as well as working with billing and part-time students.

Prior to returning to Dean in 2019, Judy served as the Associate Director of Financial Aid for 9 years.   She currently oversees the Financial Aid Department.  Judy is responsible for the overall management and administration of student financial aid programs.

Bethany is a Dean alum. She returned to Dean as the Assistant Director of Financial Aid in 2015 after many years of experience in higher education. Bethany manages the State Grants and Loan programs.

B.A., Westfield State University 

Elizabeth is a first-generation URI college graduate, who joined Student Financial Planning in Winter 2021. Her 22 years of customer service make helping students and families navigate the financial process her passion. Elizabeth also enjoys gardening, and spending time with her family.

Jessica’s experience as a first-generation college student and Dean College alum has driven her commitment to help college students and their families understand the financial process. She joined the Dean family in 2012 and oversees student accounts operations as well as customer service in the financial planning area. Jessica is fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish.

Juliet has several years of experience in higher education. She joined Dean College in 2016 where she serves as an Assistant Director of Financial Aid. Juliet manages the Private Loan and Default prevention programs.

Alyson joined the Student Financial Planning Team in the Fall of 2016 and enjoys partnering with families and students to develop customized solutions for funding a Dean education. She enjoys volunteering and giving back to the Dean community.
