Students who graduate with a bachelor’s degree from Dean College are invited to further their education with one of our graduate degree affiliation programs.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) Degree
Western New England University School of Law
Dean College partners with the School of Law at Western New England University to provide a 3+3 program to students interested in earning their bachelor’s degree and their law degree (J.D.) in 6 years rather than 7.
Through this exciting partnership, students’ study for three years at Dean College, and then enter law school. Students earn their bachelor’s degree after completing their first year of law school. To be eligible, students must have a 3.3. cumulative GPA at Dean College and earn a qualifying LSAT score.

Master of Business Administration
College of Business at Bryant University
Dean College partners with Bryant University to provide qualified students with access into Bryant University’s Master of Business Administration program. Qualified Dean students will receive:
- Transparent access into the program
- Waiver of both the application fee and GMAT
- Preferred admissions
- One qualified student will receive either 50% tuition remission or graduate assistantship.

Master of Science in Leadership and Administration
Woods College of Boston College
Dean College partners with Boston College to provide qualified students with a graduate degree in Leadership. Degree concentrations include:

Full-time students can complete their degree in as little as one year. A part-time option is also available. Once completed, graduates will receive a degree from Boston College, not an extension school designation like most programs. Students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or above. Application fees and GRE test results will be waived for eligible applicants.
Accepted students may also be eligible to transfer up to 6 credits of upper level (pre-determined) Dean Business courses towards the completion of the Boston College graduate degree.

This program provides 4 areas of emphasis, including General Counseling, Couples and Family Therapy, Forensic and Correctional Counseling, Health and Behavioral Medicine, and Substance Use and Addictions. Program graduates will fulfill the educational requirements to qualify for licensure in the state of Massachusetts as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). The Couples and Family Therapy emphasis area also qualifies graduates for licensure in Massachusetts as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Dean College partners with William James College to provide qualified students the opportunity to earn the MA in Applied Behavioral Analysis. Upon completion of this program, students will meet the minimum coursework and fieldwork standards to take the exam to become a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA). Once students pass that exam, they will also meet the requirements to become a Licensed Applied Behavioral Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts.
