The School of Continuing Studies specializes in providing multiple customized educational offerings for our corporate partners at special partnership rates. Whether it’s to define areas for performance improvement or to provide on-site or on-campus degree programs, Dean has an offering that fits your requirements. We will consult with you to develop effective custom educational solutions that are unique to the organizational needs and challenges.
Dean Corporate Training Programs
Tailored to your needs and delivered at your location, online, or on Dean's campus, these offerings feature a multitude of creative and relevant training offerings. Included among them are:

College-Level Educational Programs
This Cohort Learning Model allows business partnership employees the opportunity to earn an associate or bachelor’s degree through year-round courses offered at their workplace.
Dates and schedules are designed in collaboration with the organization to accommodate specific organization needs, and preferred tuition rates are included with the partnerships. In addition, these can be structured to work with your companies’ tuition reimbursement program.
Cohort Degree Program Design
A cohort-based model would be implemented to deliver courses on-site to employees at your location, or on Dean’s Franklin Campus, or 100% online. A course sequence would be developed to enable students to take 2-3 courses per semester during the summer, fall and spring semesters. (Course loads can vary depending on the evaluation of prior credit.) These programs can be built to work through the standard reimbursement policy.
Overall, Dean’s experience with this model has demonstrated the retention rate is excellent, and employees and students have enjoyed an educational benefit delivered on-site that is above and beyond the company’s standard tuition reimbursement plan. The tuition rates offered will be finalized once an estimate of the number of students is available.
